Making A Purchase Ruckshop.com accepts a variety of payment methods.
We accept all major credit/debit cards online or alternatively allow you to send your payment details separately in the mail or give them to us by phone.
We also accept Cheque payments, these should me made payable to Ruckshop.com and should be sent to the following address.

Whilst we try and ensure that all of the prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping And Handling All orders being delivered to within the UK will incur a standard shipping and handling cost of £5.00
If your item is in stock we aim to despatch it on the same day, provided your order is placed before 2pm, otherwise we will despatch your order as soon as possible. Orders usually take 1-2 working days to reach you, however should your order not reach you within this time period please allow up to 4 working days before you contact us as delays do sometimes occur with the carrier.
International Orders will not qualify for the standard £5.00 shipping costs. International orders are charged at carrier cost, we will inform you via email of charges before dispatch.
Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned. The postage is non-refundable.

| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and order your product from the relevant supplier. You will always be emailed or called with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
For all other orders no tax will be charged, this amount will be deducted from your order before we charge you.

Returns Policy The customer has the right to cancel an order they have made. You can notify us of this by email or letter or phone call. If you decide to cancel the order the items will have to be returned by yourself at the customers cost to the following address

It is recommended items are returned by recorded delivery.
Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned. Postage and packing costs are not refundable unless the return is through a fault of our own.
An exchanged item may be subject to a new shipping charge.
NOTE: Unless the items are received in their original packaging and with labels you will not get a refund. The item also has to be returned in perfect condition.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: No postage is refunded for returned items from overseas items unless agreed before hand.
